Copy policies overview

Copy policies let you set conditions for emails that if met will result in either a copy of the message being filed to a specific path in the cloud or forwarded to a predefined email address.

When a part of an email message (like 'subject',  'from address', etc.) matches with an input string of your choice, the copy policy will store a copy of the email for you into your cloud storage service. You can also dynamically set up the filepath for storing and map the result obtained with a Map (key/value).
